Michael was amazing!!!! We landed and were told due to the icy weather we would be getting an SUV instaed of the Stretch limo we had ordered. MS luxury was very professional and we greatly appreciated them having our Safety be their #1 concern. Michael was waiting for us. Told us where to get our bags, and loaded us in his vehicle. Since it was our first time in Austin we had aloy of questions and he answered them all and even drove us around the area near our hotel to show us places of intrest.
