1) Their customer service. I worked with the owner, Michael, on a large event with many moving parts. There were a stream of constant changes, and he was always extremely understanding and professional. He is a very genuine person who takes pride in his buisness and helps to create a full-proof transportation plan for his customers.

2) The GPS texting. This is awsome as a wedding planner, knowing when your couple or their families or guests are on their way to the venue, being able to anticipate exact drop-offs for everyone. Super convenient to have direct contact to the Chauffeur and to be able to see their location. I absolutely love this feature and haven`t seen it used amongst other transport companies. 5/5, highly recommend!
